Date: 2009-04-27 10:32 pm (UTC)I'm glad you like that internal ramble. I really felt most...connected, I suppose is the best word...to Elijah out of all the actors. I could see where he was coming from and there was a very strong sense of his character that stuck with me.
The rambling was a huge departure for me in terms of writing style, and I think there were some times when it worked better than others. For instance, I think the third story in the voyeurism series is the best, while the first one is the one I'd most like to completely rewrite. In all, though, I think LotRiPS was a turning point, the moment where I made a sudden leap in my writing skills after years of slogging along and only getting incrementally better.
